Please complete as much detail as possible.

This form helps BB Software Development prepare for your site setup and identify what may be required before installation can take place.

Some sections request photos of equipment, pumps, serial plates, forecourt areas or cash office setups. You can upload more than one file where photos are requested.

Site and contact details

Basic business, site and contact information.

Existing site system

Current controller or pump connection setup on site.

You can select multiple files. Accepted files: JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF.

Pump information

Number of pumps, pump models, nozzles and photo references.

Enter the total number of pumps on site first.

Add pump details

Add each pump model and nozzle setup. Example: Tokheim pump, 2 nozzles per pump.

Added pump details will appear here before the form is submitted.
You can select multiple serial plate photos.
You can select multiple photos of the pumps and forecourt area.

Cash office setup

Equipment and infrastructure available in the cash office.

Minimum PC/laptop guideline: i3 processor, 4GB memory, 250GB HDD or SSD, Windows Pro version preferred.

Cabling and sleeving

Available cabling between pumps, forecourt and cash office.

CAT5 outdoor cable preferred. 50mm sleeving preferred.
CAT5 outdoor cable preferred. 100mm sleeving preferred.

Scanning or tagging solution

Scanning/tagging requirements and related hardware.

Estimated setup timing

Tagging ETA is approximately 6 weeks. Scanning ETA is approximately 2 weeks. MiniPOS FNB debtor functionality is still in development.

Docking stations apply to Newland scanners only.

ATG system

Automatic Tank Gauging system details, if applicable.

Accounting / POS system

Current accounting or point-of-sale system details.
